KIRK & SIMAS' Employment Law Department has substantial experience representing employers in a range of traditional labor and employment issues involving day-to-day advisory matters as well as representation in state, federal and administrative judicial proceedings (trial and appellate levels). KIRK & SIMAS provides a wide range of services, including: counseling to avoid or minimize risk of liability, creating handbooks and policies, establishing alternative dispute resolution programs and drafting executive employment and compensation agreements. In addition, firm lawyers have expertise in pre-claim counseling and workplace investigations.
